You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.
Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, press-on nails that have been opened, applied, worn, or otherwise used cannot be returned. Custom or personalized products, gift cards, and Final Sale items are not eligible for return, except where required by applicable law.

Contact us before sending an item back. Include your order information and reason for the request. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. If the wrong item was sent or an item arrived damaged or defective, we will provide the appropriate resolution and return-shipping instructions.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Contact us within 7 days after delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review your request and provide the next steps.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, an eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear.
Cancellations
You may request cancellation before your order ships. Cancellation is not guaranteed after order processing or fulfillment has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
